The project

Attendees find an event and buy tickets without creating an account. Organisers prepare listings, configure ticket pools and scan QR codes at the entrance. The administration panel supports event approval and oversight of payments and refunds.

My contribution

I built BILO for SPLOT, bringing the attendee experience together with organiser tools and platform administration.

  • Events and sales

    An event catalogue, organiser panel and ticket pools with purchase limits and temporary reservations.

  • Payment and tickets

    Stripe payments, organiser accounts and QR tickets accessible through a link or as a downloadable PDF.

  • Event operations

    Ticket scanning, attendee lists, refunds, event cancellations and platform administration.

Approach

The application combines a Next.js frontend with a TypeScript backend and PostgreSQL. Payment integration also links reservations, paid orders, issued tickets and any subsequent refunds.
