Context
I wanted to understand what it means to build a product around a small language model instead of only calling a ready-made API.
The project
I built a full-stack app with a chat interface and a foundation for further model experimentation.
My contribution
Independently connecting product UI with an experimental NLP backend direction.
Approach
The project treats the model as part of a product: the user sees a simple interface while the underlying system can evolve through training and fine-tuning.
Challenges
